A commissioned project. I was asked to produce the Milk bottles and then perform in them on the 2013 Yorkshire Tea advert.

After the yorkshire tea advert I got requests to perform them out at farmers markets around the country. We got some lovely happy responses although giving high fives was a bit difficult.

Making the head of the milk bottle

The hardest part to make was the neck of the bottle. This required cutting the foam into thin strips and molding them into shape. We used a 3d moddelling tool to effectively print out blueprints which we drew and cut from the foam. When stuck together the neck formed a lovely shape.

Pixel Staff build

I designed and built a new glow prop that could not only display bright colours but actual images and logos. This is now used in all glow productions and gives full control over the timing and style of the glow show at any point. Multiple high resolution props can be synchronised with Radio transmitters to create shows of large shows of colour. Working with a programmer we are currently on stage 2 of development. Taking the 30 pixel resolution props to 64 and then 128 bars of resolution. As you can see from the photo. 30 pixels is still enough to produce the union jack.

Whip cracking and electric sparks effect

Requested to make fire be more than just fire. Research into chemical reactions and special effects I discovered that using various metallic powders it was possible to produce a variety of coloured sparks. Bright white sparks are still my and the audience favourites. This photo was taken at a Gala show performance at http://play-festival.co.uk/
